If you’re into technology as I am then you won’t mind this quick review on Pragma Systems. If you’re wondering what a Telnet Server is, it allows users to access a server remotely through the internet. Thats the easiest way to think about it. A company out in Austin has created some software for yourTelnet Server.
They’re software allows users to connect to the server with over 1000 simultaneous connections. Thats pretty sweet. It runs on Windows Longhorn/Vista/2003/2000/XP environments and also features the ability to run all console programs smoothly and seamlessly with the use of All in One Wrap Technology. This could be the patent pending technology they have listed as well.
You can download a trial version from their site at no cost. The company has over 16 years of experience and they appear to have a pretty good track record. Check them out today!

Its true….at least thats what everyone I speak to says.
Elmo starts to talk to a cactus - fast forward to 3:09 in the video- and Elmo says, “Where you’re friggin leaves at?”. Its even better when you have the DVD as I do. I was floored when I first heard it, actually, I couldn’t believe it. Then I hit rewind several times and turned up the volume. I guess someone forgot to edit Elmo’s language as he blurted out the work “Friggin” to the cactus!
your pretty much the only one standing, in Union County, NC that is. I moved to the outskirts of Charlotte, NC just over a year ago. When we came here I fell in love, with Union County that is. It was far enough away from the city, the big shopping, and the crowds. The feeling was very rural and homey. And as North Carolina is well known for its beautiful trees, this was one area to really enjoy them. That was until recently. Now in the past few months, as I drive home from work in Charlotte, instead of passing grand Oak trees and tall Pines, I now pass pavement and construction. My feeling of the country has now become a busy community of shoppers and traffic! Oh,joy. It now takes me 10 minutes just to leave my development at 6:30 in the morning.
Just about a mile away a Target shopping center is being built. I can’t imagine what this will bring to my area when it opens next summer. What once was quiet, tranquil woods where the many deer run free, is now the parking lot for Target. The funny thing is, there are 2 more Target stores within minutes, how many do we really need?
I have to say, as much as I love my neighbors and my home, I miss the reason I moved to Union County. I wonder if I move to Chatham County, will the developers take over there as well?

With all the hoopla about Christmas shopping it may be the deadliest as well. Call me pessimistic or just call me an online shopper, but Nebraska is not having a good year and neither is Charlotte. Obviously noone can predict what the day brings but unfortunately this past week a nutcase went on the loose in Nebraska.
South Park Mall also experienced misfortune. A parking deck collapsed killing one in one of the more popular Charlotte shopping malls. Scary stuff. Makes you wanna stay home and shop online!

Everyone has bad credit…well maybe not everyone. But for those that do, there are companies that specialize in Bad Credit Loans. CompleteLoanSouce dot com is one such site that allows consumers the chance to find funds for bad credit or even Auto Loans.
The company also specializes in quite a few loan services such as payday loans as well. I’ve talked quite a few times about payday loans already on this blog so the market could just heating up right now. Debt is at an all time high so its no surprise. I’d like to see more information on CompleteLoanSource dot com such as company information and contact information. Other than that the site looks pretty typical in the realm of loan servicing.

So say the residents of Wesley Chapel. Its nice to see we may be receiving more upscale restaurants next door rather than the fast food joints that could have been slated for construction. On Nov. 6th, the residents voiced their opinion overwhelmingly to approve the new rule that allows liquor in Wesley Chapel. With this measure will come higher end restaurants that could improve the valuation of homes.
The downside as some residents that opposed it, would be potential for more crime, more traffic, and just overall harder on “resources” in the immediate area. I do agree it may get crowded quick. Maybe too crowded for me but we’ll have to see. With Target going up in the next year this area is definitely growing at a pace many can’t stand to see.

Journyx requested we review their blog over at project-management-blog dot com. The site which discusses project management is the blog of Journyx.com. The flagship product is “TimeSheet”. As their site mentions, Any company that bills for its services, performs project-oriented work, or tracks absences for a professional workforce can benefit from Timesheet.
Their blog which has a very high PageRank is packed with useful information and has been live since 2005. I particularly like looking back at the early post as those typically are the times when a blog is talking to a wall. However Journyx still has great information even when looking that far back.
The site also has a category for Sarbanes Oxley which is a new rule set forth by the government to make sure you’re tracking everything and anything that has to do with compliance. I company I worked for several years ago focused heavily on software compliance and that was the most talked about topic.
If you’re looking for some great information, then head over to Journyx’s project management blog today.
